How to do things on Mobile
On Astro's Website the download is a zip file which most mobile devices are hard to read. Unless you have a Zip file reader installed.
But most people don't know how to do this. But unfortunately the reason why we have the files needed to repair in a computer only format is because it's not possible to make a repair drive on mobile
For the repair you need a USB flash drive. Which most mobile devices do not have USB ports. Meaning it would be very hard to create a Repair Disk.
Instead you would haft to send in a request form for Astro to fix. Sorry we know it's not very ideal.
We are fully aware that Astro's website on iPads is not very great. We are working on fixing this but for the mean time please hang tight.
We are trying our hardest to get this website all together promise me. We are currently working on getting the iPad and smaller/larger screens to work.
